Vascohome

At Vascohome, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. We work with trusted global logistics partners to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.


Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 23:59 (local store time) are included in the same day processing queue.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. Vascohome is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


Transit Time

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 4 to 12 business days, depending on destination and local carrier conditions.


Estimated Delivery Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

Europe: 6 to 9 business days
United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days


Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time is typically 5 to 14 business days, which includes both processing time and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • carrier capacity

  • holidays

  • weather conditions

  • other unforeseen circumstances

Factors outside our control may affect final delivery timelines.


Shipping Methods

We automatically select the most suitable carrier based on destination, delivery speed, and reliability.

Depending on your location, your order may be delivered:

  • To your mailbox

  • To a local pickup point

  • Directly to your door

The delivery method is determined automatically by the carrier and local availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Any free shipping promotions apply only during clearly stated promotional periods and under listed conditions.


International Fulfillment, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment partners.

Depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT or local handling fees

These charges are:

  • determined by local authorities

  • collected by the carrier or customs office

They are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Vascohome has no control over these fees and cannot reimburse them.


Uncollected or Returned Packages

If a package is:

  • not collected from a pickup point within the carrier’s holding period, or

  • refused or returned due to customer inaction

the order will be considered delivered.

In such cases:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable

  • no refund will be issued for uncollected or refused packages

If reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or no updates for an extended period, please contact us at:

We will assist in investigating your shipment.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or local delivery conditions are outside our control.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging (if available)

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is governed by the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Vascohome is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by:

  • carrier delays

  • customs clearance

  • failure to collect a package

  • incorrect address details

  • weather events or other force majeure situations
